Pavigym Aerobic
Specific flooring for aerobic classes.
The Air Flooring System technology offers one resistant layer that allows
free flowing movements without slipping or blocking. Also provides
absorbency, comfort and security for movements. Pavigym Aerobic
contains millions of micro air-bubbles which absorb jump
impact while protecting against injury.
Aerobic: The ideal solution for group exercise
studios (aerobics, step, cardio-box, etc).
Combi: The solution for group exercise classes with
multiple uses, where heavy accessories are
moved around, such as spinning bikes.
Pavigym Weight
Pavigym's Air Flooring System gives Pavigym Free Weight a surface which is double
layered. Provides high resistance against scratching and gouging, and offers high
shock absorbency which protects the subfloor. When a weight of dumbbell falls,
millions of micro air-bubbles compress, cushioning the fall silently and safely, as
air provides excellent sound insulation.
Free Weight HD (High Density): HD (High Density): the increased density provides
the ideal solution for the Free Weights area, with innovative colours and designs.
Free Weight S&S (Sound & Shock absorption): excellent
acoustic insulation specifically designed for areas where
increased sound and vibration absorption is essential in
the free weights area.
Pavigym Fitness
In addition to all the design and personalization possibilities
which Pavigym offers, maximum protection is also provided
against marks and noise for indoor cycling and cardio areas with
machines.
Fitness 7,5 mm: a new product with improved density formula.
Fitness is the most resistant solution against marks. The new
interlocking system is designed to fit perfectly with Pavigym
Free Weight HD within the same room. Optimum performance
can be achieved without the need for fixing agents or adhesives.
Combi: Additional comfort in fitness and cardio rooms, where it
is necessary to move heavy equipment around to carry out other
activities.
Fitness Special Products
Pavigym has developed Special Fitness Products, a new range of products designed to offer extra protection in the
areas where it is most needed. Protects the sub-floor in fitness and cardio areas by avoiding marks, scratches and
stains due to sweat and liquids, which can be spilt during exercise. In addition, the user and indeed the machine
are protected, by offering an anti-slip surface which provides better stability and absorbs machine vibrations.

Stera Spinning
Recommended for beneath spinning
bikes, Stera Spinning prevents
movement of the machine, and avoids
staining the floor with liquids or sweat
produced during exercise.
Vibro
Designed for Pavigym and Power
Plate to minimize effects that
vibration platforms transmit to
the sub-floor. Vibro guarantees a
vibration reduction of 50% from
the base of the machine to the
sub-floor. Combined with Pavigym
flooring, vibration reduction
stands at 75%. Applicable to all
vibration platform machinery.
Pavigym Body mind
Pavigym Body-Mind is extremely comfortable which makes it ideal for
floor exercises such as Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, etc. As a result, it can
be used barefoot or with appropriate footwear.
THERMAL INSULATION
Protects the user from heat loss when in contact with the floor, making
exercise a more enjoyable experience. With Pavigym, you can even
reduce your heating and air-conditioning bills as the millions of micro
air-bubbles provide excellent thermal insulation.
Pavigym Tatami
The most advanced technical solution for martial arts. Designed to absorb
heavy impacts and gradually restore energy. "Bouncing" does not occur,
due to the elastic properties of the materials used in the Air Flooring
System technology.
Tatami 20 mm: Designed for fast, fluid and safe movements in Karate,
Taekwondo, Kung-Fu...
Tatami 30 mm: A higher shock absorbency capacity for heavier falls in
Judo, Aikido...
Durotami: Designed for professionals and competitions. The higher
density and hardness enables greater fluidity of movements.
Tatami Kids: The safest option for children in martial arts areas, or
children's play areas within the sports facility.
ANTI-SLIP AND ANTI-BLOCK
The Pavigym surface allows a level of adherence which eliminates
slipping without blocking the foot during jumps or turns. The floor
temporarily deforms at the point of pressure to give lateral support.
Therefore, whatever the angle of the movement, the floor will
compensate accordingly to avoid injury.
Pavigym Wet areas
For wet areas, a solution which provides maximum anti-slip
protection, and is easy to install and clean. The interlocking
system makes it easy to roll up for extensive cleaning beneath.
It is modular and adaptable, as the size and characteristics of
the tiles enable you to cover any area or corner. Available in
three colours which will add value to the aesthetics of changing
rooms, swimming pools and other wet areas.

Pavigym Traffic
Traffic is the ideal Pavigym product line to cover the non-technical
areas of the fitness centre, such as reception areas, offices, bars/
restaurants, walkways, locker rooms, etc. Pavigym Traffic is an
elegant high resistance PVC vinyl plank flooring designed for the
most demanding high transit areas, with resistance characteristics
that are well above the majority of laminates and other solutions for
these areas currently available on the market (AC5).
